St. John’s is offering four scholarships to graduating seniors at Penns Valley High School. Information was included in the packets prepared by the PV Counselors’ Office. Recipients will be notified at the high school’s awards ceremony on June 4th. This is a new outreach to the community by St. John’s congregation.
Pastor Becky Horn will be on sabbatical from June 2024 until September 2024. St. John’s pastoral care will be provided by rostered pastors in the Nittany Conference during her absence.
St. Luke Outdoor Worship & Church Picnic—St. Luke’s Annual Outdoor Worship Service and Picnic will be taking place the 3rd Sunday in July on Sunday, July 21, 2024. Members of St. John’s and Salem Aaronsburg are invited to join in the special yearly outdoor fellowship. Hopefully, the day won’t end with the violent weather we experienced last year!
